BLU Productions ("BLU Productions," "we," "us," or "our") provides advertising, video, photography, and lead-generation services for automotive dealerships. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you interact with advertisements we operate on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, including when you submit a lead form, and when we use advertising tools (including the Meta Marketing API) to build and manage those campaigns on behalf of our dealership clients.

1. Information we collect

When you respond to an advertisement we run for a dealership and submit an instant lead form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which typically includes:

• Your name;
• Your phone number;
• Your email address; and
• Any answers you provide to questions in the form (for example, the vehicle or offer you are interested in).

We also receive limited technical and campaign information from the advertising platform (such as which ad and form your inquiry came from) so that your request can be routed to the correct dealership.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver your inquiry to the specific dealership whose advertisement you responded to, so they can contact you about the vehicle, offer, or financing you expressed interest in;
• To operate, measure, and improve the advertising campaigns we run for our clients; and
• To comply with legal obligations and the terms of the advertising platforms we use.

3. How we share your information

• With the dealership whose advertisement you responded to — this is the intended recipient of your inquiry, so they can follow up with you;
• With service providers that help us deliver and manage leads on our and the dealership's behalf (for example, advertising platforms such as Meta, customer-relationship-management systems used by the dealership, and email/delivery services); and
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention & security

We retain your information only for as long as needed to deliver your inquiry to the relevant dealership and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to ask that we no longer contact you. Because your inquiry is delivered to the dealership you responded to, you may also need to contact that dealership directly regarding information it holds. 6. Children's privacy

Our services and advertisements are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
